- Chop lotatoes and season with salt, garlic powder, chilli powder (optional) and onion powder. (No need to weigh these, about 1/2 tsp each). Mix and add to air fryer for 12-15 min on 200 degrees. OR oven bake on 200 degrees.
- Season chicken breast with the same seasoning. Cook chicken well in the pan on either side till no longer pink and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, add chopped red bell pepper and red onion and season with onion powder, garlic powder and chilli powder. Cook till softened and leave in pan
- Shred chicken with two faulks.
- SAUCE : Mix mayo and peri peri nandos sauce together.
- Add shredded chicken back into pan with cooked red onion and bell pepper. Mix in the sauce and bunch together. Top with cheddar cheese.
- Add cooked fries onto plate then scoop everything in the pan on top of fries. Enjoy!
