Ingredients
Jif Creamy Peanut Butter, 16-Ounce Jar
½ Cups or 132g
Local Hive, Raw & Unfiltered, 100% U.S. Washington Honey Blend, 32oz
3 Tablespoons or 63g
Great Value Organic Chia Seeds, 32 oz
2 Tablespoons or 24g
Great Value Organic Ground Flax Seed, 32 oz
1 Tablespoons or 7g
Vanilla extract
1 tsp or 4g
Bob's Red Mill, Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, Organic, 32 oz
1 Cups or 100g
Great Value Sweetened Dried Blueberries, 3.5 oz
⅝ Cups or 100g
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond butter, honey, chia seeds, flaxseed, salt, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Fold in the oats and blueberries until well combined. The mixture will be thick.
- Form the mixture into bite-sized balls, about 11/2 tablespoons each. If the mixture is too crumbly, add another tablespoon or two of almond butter until the mixture easily holds its shape when compacted together (all nut butters are different, so you may have to adjust accordingly).
- Place the formed balls on a small baking sheet or plate and place in the fridge to set up for at least 15 minutes before eating.
- Store the balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
