- Base: Drain the oats, mix them with other base ingredients and process in a food processor until you get a sticky thick dough. Place the dough in a mold and press it into a nice shape. There is no need to dehydrate it, however if you want the base to be firmer, you can sun-dry or dehydrate it for 4-12 hours.
- Cream: Just blend all cream ingredients in a blender.
- Final process: put 1/3 of cream on your base and sprinkle some raisins, then put a layer of a very thinly sliced apple, then put another 1/3 of cream and sprinkle some raisins, then a layer of thinly sliced bananas, and then the rest of the cream. Decorate with sliced apple and raisins as per picture, or use your own imagination! Put the pie in a freezer for a couple of hours to firm up. Then it's ready to serve!
