Directions
- preheat oven 150 C and line a baking tray
- mix oats, coconut, spices, sugar and salt together in a bowl.
- in a seperate bowl mix oil, honey and vanilla.
- roughly chop apple, and dates
- coat oats mixture in honey mixture and place in clusters on the baking tray
- mix in fruit
- cool for 20-30 mins till golden brown
- leave to cool for 10mins then crumble and keep in a sealed airtight container.
