  1. Season the cod fillets with salt on both sides.
  2. Heat half of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the cod fillets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until the fish is cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil.
