  1. Put the salmon in a large Ziploc bag with enough marinade to cover. Marinade for about 30-670 minutes in the refrigerator. Spary a large skillet with pan spray and heat to medium/high. Add salmon skin side up and cook for five minutes. Turn filet over, cover and cook at same medium/high heat for about seven minutes until just done all the way through. Remove skin before serving.
