Directions
- Entire recipe: I small onion, 2Tb. brown sugar, 1 cup red wine vinegar, 1/2t. salt, 1/2t. allspice.
- In a small pot, whisk together the salt and spices until spices are dissolved
- Add the sliced onions to the pot and cover with a lid. Cook on medium low, stirring every now and then, until the onions have softened.
