  1. Heat Instant Pot on saute. Add Ghee Or butter. Season roast with salt and pepper the brown pork on all sides.
  2. Remove pork loin. Add onion, garlic and broth to pot. Scrap browned bita from bottom of pan. return pork to pot.
  3. Set timer to high pressure for 45 minutes.
  4. While cooking wash and drain kraut and peel, core and chop the apple.
  5. When timer has gone off, quick release steam, then quickly add kraut and apples. Set to high pressure for 5 more minutes.
  6. Cut or break up pork and serve over mashed potatoes.
