Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to your freezer bag except bacon, sour cream, broth and evaporated milk.
  2. . Remove as much air as possible, seal, and freeze for up to three months.
  3. Add to slow cooker with vegetable broth and cook for 6-8 hours on “low” setting.
  4. Mash some of the potatoes with a potato masher (optional).
  5. Add evaporated milk and sour cream and cook additional 10 minutes or until heated through.
