- Preheat oven to 400 F. Place a layer of parchment on a half sheet.
- Place puff pastry on the parchment-lined sheet. Blind bake for 20 min.
- Remove sheet from oven. Layer salami, prosciutto, and pepperoni. Then add Swiss cheese and provolone. Sprinkle with chopped red pepper, then the parmesan cheese. Cover with remaining puff pastry and press around to seal edges.
- Chill for 30 min.
- Cut a few diagonal slashes atop puff-pastry for steam to vent. Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 25 min, till puffed and golden brown. Cool and slice into squares.
