Ingredients

Directions

  1. Slice peppers, onions, and chicken breasts into long strips.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan. Cook peppers and onions on medium heat until onions begin to turn translucent. Remove from pan.
  3. Add chicken strips. Cook until no longer pink, stirring frequently. Return vegetables to pan. Add seasoning mix with water. Cook until water is reduced.
  4. Serve in warmed flour tortillas.
  5. Heat a skillet with cooking spray. Add sliced chicken thighs and cook until no longer raw or pink.
  6. Add all the sliced veggies, and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until veggies get tender and soft.
  7. In a tiny bowl, add all the seasonings to mix them together.
  8. Sprinkle on chicken and veggies, with a little extra cooking spray if your pan needs it.
  9. Stir and Sautee with the seasoning until all chicken and vegetables are covered with the seasoning.
  10. Scoop chicken and veggies onto lettuce.
