- cake base: • Dry ingredients: 30 g chickpea flour 30 g vital wheat gluten 8 g vegan vanilla protein powder (@biotechusa) 2.5 g baking powder 1 pinch of salt • Wet ingredients: 100 g water 2.2 g melted coconut oil 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar food coloring @myprotein flavdrops vanilla flavor (optional, but recommended)
- • Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F • Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, combine wet ingredients in another • Add wet to dry ingredients and combine, adjust color/flavor • Bake for 12 min, lower temperature to 160°C/320°F and bake another 18 min or until a toothpick comes out clean, let cool • Cut off the top for an even surface (eat separately ), cut base in half berry layer: 100 g frozen raspberries, thawed 1 g agar-agar powder frozen raspberries, whole • Combine thawed raspberries and agar-agar powder in a small pot, slowly bring to a boil while stirring with a rubber spatula for about 1 min • Put pot in the fridge, let set • Once set, transfer into a small food processor, blend, add water as needed • Spread mixture on bottom layer • Arrange frozen raspberries • Put second cake layer on top
- peanut butter layer 16 g crunchy peanut butter (smooth works aswell, but I love me some crunch) 5 g vegan vanilla protein powder (@biotechusa) water decoration frozen raspberries, soja crispies (@koro_fr), desiccated coconut, chia seeds, protein powder… • Make a paste of the peanut butter layer ingredients by gradually adding water until desired consistency • Spread on top cake layer • Arrange more raspberries • Decorate to your liking • Dust with protein powder • Transfer on a plate • Take a picture • And.
