Directions

  1. Place dry ingredients in a food processor. Add in chopped ice cold brown butter. Pulse until coarse bits of butter form.
  2. Mix Ice cold cream and water with cold egg and vanilla extract. Pour into flour mixture and stir together slightly. (Add in any add-ins at this points)
  3. Dump the flour mess onto a slightly floured surface and push into a 3cm tall flat disk. Cut pizza style into 8 pieces and place on a baking sheet and freeze for 20 minutes.
  4. Brush top with some extra cream and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 200°c for 18-22minutes. Enjoy!
