  1. soak Seamoss in cold water with lime juice for 15 mins. rinse thoroughly
  2. boil Seamoss in 2 quarts water with 2 cinnamon sticks and 3 bay leaves for 25 mins
  3. cool for a bit, remove cinnamon and bay leaves
  4. to a blender add 2-3 cups of Seamoss gel, add xylitol, almond milk and vanilla / mixed essence.
  5. blend and adjust taste to your liking
