Directions

  1. Season tuna with lemon, scallions, cumin , black pepper and olive oil. Marinade for 1 hour Put in a hot pan and sear on either side for 3 minutes Cook turkey bacon and crumble onto lettuce Add chopped avocado and pine nuts
  2. Mix half teaspoon of olive oil with a teaspoon of lemon juice and a pinch of cumin. For dressing Put tuna steak on top of lettuce, pour salad dressing on top and enjoy
