- 1. In a pan on medium heat, place chopped onion, carrots, celery in pan until almost cooked. When onion are almost transluscent. 2. Place sauteed vegetables with ground chicken in bowl, add tamari and mix together. 2. If using later place in ziplock bag and place in fridge 3.When ready to cook, turn chicken mince mixture into patties and cover in sesame seeds 4. Cook on medium heat until sesame seeds are golden 5. Serve with frozen veg/ your vegetable of choice or fresh salad
