  1. 1- Prepare rice in a pot with 1 cup rice and 2 cups water 2- Cook until water is boiling then reduce heat and cover with lid 3- Cut chicken in small pieces and season with salt, garlic powder, onion powder 4- Cook on skillet with 1 tsp of coconut oil until well cooked 5- Toss potatoes in a bowl with 1 tsp coconut oil salt and garlic powder 6- Cook in the oven at 370 degrees for 40 minutes or until inside is fully cooked 7- (garlic sauce) In a small bowl place Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder and 1 tsp of coconut oil 8- Build your plate with the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and pickled turnips then add the rice on one side then the chicken on top with the potatoes on the other side.
