  1. Boil shrimp for about 5-7 minutes. While shrimp is cooking chop onion, tomatoe, and cilantro and add to a bowl. Using a lemon/lime juicer squeeze out all the juice from the lime and add to bowl of pico de gallo. Let shrimp cook then chop shrimp into smaller pieces and mix all together. Cool for at least 20 minutes then serve!
