  1. In large nonstick skillet add oil, cooked the shrimp, onions, green and red peppers and garlic over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until shrimp is cooked and vegetables are tender, stirring frequently. Stir in chili powder and cook for one minute. In small bowl combine chopped tomatoes, onions and cilantro. add the tomatoes and salsa. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 4-5 minutes or until the liquid reduces slightly, stirring occasionally. Warm tortillas and place tortilla warmer and cover until ready to serve. To serve, spoon some of the shrimp mixture just below the center on each of tortillas. Fold the bottom edge of each tortilla over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up to enclose the filling.
