- Rinse the shrimp and corn, halve the peas, and slice the carrots.
- bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add the noodles and cook according to package directions. drain and keep hot.
- meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large deep skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
