  1. Rinse the shrimp and corn, halve the peas, and slice the carrots.
  2. bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add the noodles and cook according to package directions. drain and keep hot.
  3. meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large deep skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook for 4 minutes before adding the snap peas and carrots. Cook until vegetables are crisp tender, about 4 to 5 minutes
  5. whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and black pepper in a small bowl.
  6. Add noodles to the skillet and pour sauce over the top. Cook for 2 minutes, tossing well to incorporate. serve hot.
