Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to directions.
  2. While pasta is cooking, chop bacon into pieces and cook in a skillet until crisp.
  3. Drain bacon then return to the pan. Add butter to bacon and and stir until butter is melted.
  4. In a small bowl whisk eggs and set aside.
  5. Drain pasta and return to pan.
  6. Add bacon mixture, eggs, and cheese to the pasta. Stir to coat pasta and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes. You want to cook the eggs here, but you have to be careful that you do not overcook them. Serve immediately.
