  1. Boil water. Chop onion, spinach, kale. Mix the chopped vegetables with the flours. Add the spices to taste. Add the water to form a batter. Heat a pan to medium heat. spray some oil. Take a large tablespoon of mixture and spread it on the pan. Depending on size of pan, you can spread several bhajis at once. Cool for a few minutes, turn and cook other side. Eat with ketchup or chutney. Enjoy
