- Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 425 C. Wash and dry all produce, cut potatoes to 1/2 in wedges. Half, peel, thinly slice shallot. Peel garlic, places cloves into a center of a piece of foil and cinch into a packet.
- Toss potatoes on a baking sheet, add fry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add garlic foil packet to the same sheet. Roast on top rack until potatoes are tender: 20-25 mins.
- Pat steak dry with paper towels, season with salt and pepper. Add steak to preheated medium-high heat. Cook 3-5 mins per side. Set aside.
- Add shallot, green beans, and 1/3 cup of water to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook and still until the water evaporated and green beans are tender. Add more water to soften if necessary.
- Slice steak against the grain, remove garlic from foil, cut, and transfer into a bowl. Mash with salt, melted butter, and mayo.
