- Whisk together eggs, cream, salt & pepper. Pour egg mixture into pan and place over medium heat. Sprinkle grated cheddar into the eggs along with w/dollops of the ricotta and crumbled feta. add bacon to the egg mixture and gently stir thru. Pre heat broiler. When the edges start to set on the stove top, approx. 10 min, place the pan under the broiler to finish. It's done when it is just cooked in the center and golden on top.
