Ingredients
Flour tortillas 1 ½ tortilla, small or 45g
Cheddar cheese ¾ cup, shredded or 85g
Balsamic vinegar 3 tsp or 16g
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place tortilla on a baking tray and spread tomato paste evenly over it. Sprinkle with cheese, bell pepper, onion, capers, and olives.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and scatter shredded tuna over the top. Return to the oven for 2 minutes, or until the tuna is heated through.
