    Silken, firm, Mori-nu, soy

  • Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Mash The Tofu. Add the tuna and egg.
  2. Mix everything until combined
  3. Heat The Frying Pan. Add The Oil.
  4. For each fritter, add approximately one tablespoon of the tofu mixture into the pan. Flatten it. Cook until golden brown.
