  1. Preheat the broiler on high and adjust the oven racks so the burgers will be about 2 inches from the heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine grated zucchini, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, dried basil, oregano, pepper, and ground turkey. Mix well and form into 4 to 5 oz portions. The mixture will be moist, so use a foil-lined baking sheet coated with non-stick spray for easier cleanup.
  3. Place the burgers in the oven and broil for 7 minutes. Carefully flip each burger and broil for another 7 minutes.
  4. Serve the burgers on hamburger buns topped with lettuce and tomato slices.
