- Pre-heat oven to 495°. Spray a cookie sheet with Pam nonstick cooking spray and lay your fries out on the pan. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning before mixing them up and placing them in the oven. Let fries cook for 25 minutes, or until they are golden. Don't forget to flip them half-way!
- After fries have been in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, start cooking your turkey burger. Place skillet, grill, or pan on medium heat and spray with Pam nonstick cooking spray.
- Season turkey burger with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, onion powder (or whatever spices you'd like) and place in pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked completely.
- Prepare buns by spreading mayo dressing, mustard, and ketchup onto them.
- Add turkey burger to bun with any other toppings such as lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.
