Directions
- Make flour out of the grains and vanilla bean
- Mix the dry ingredients keep back 2/3 of the sugar
- whisk in the soymilk gradually until you have a fluid batter
- heat up a coated non stick pan and put in a tiny bit of oil and rub it in with a suitable cloth or paper towel.
- melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
- Once the pan is hot pour in the batter and evenly coat the pan with it. Take care to fill the holes.
- add in the remaining sugar and the yoghurt to the chocolate
- flip the crepe cook for another 2 min.
- Spread the chocolate on the crepe and place the banana in the middle roll up and enjoy.
