Zesty Pan Fried Chicken Thigh

Ingredients

• Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs

  Freshdirect

  4 oz raw or 113g

• Olive oil

  1 tbsp or 14g

• Ginger Garlic Paste

  Laxmi

  2 tbsp or 200g

• Lemon

  raw, with peel

  1 fruit without seeds or 108g

• Chili powder

  2 ⅞ tsp or 8g

• Turmeric

  ground

  3 ⅛ tsp or 7g

• Himalayan Pink Salt

  ¼ tsp or 1g

• Masala, Chunky Chat

Directions

1. Marinate the chicken thigh in nonfat curd, lemon, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric. Add salt as per taste
2. Put a tbsp of Olive oil in pan and fry the marinated chicken thighs both sides for about 6-7 mins (each side) or until cooked.
3. Garnish with cilantro
