  1. Peel and slice banana diagonally into 1/4-inch thick pieces.
  2. Preheat oven to 400F. Place dishes on a rimmed baking sheet. Smear bottom of each dish with 1 tablespoon softened butter. Sprinkle each evenly with 2 tablespoons sugar.
