Directions

  1. Prepare rice as per package directions.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and fry turkey, until cooked through, no longer pink, and juices run clear. Put broccoli in microwave for 4-8 minutes, until tender.
  3. Toss all together in the pan, pour cream over top, and season as desired. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer until cream is slightly thickened. Serve over rice and enjoy!
