Ingredients

  • Bacon

    Pork, cured, cooked, baked

Directions

  1. Dice the bacon and cook it well in a frying pan.
  2. Drain grease, reserving about a tablespoon.
  3. Brown beef stew meat in same pan.
  4. Put all ingredients into a crockpot for 8 hours.
  5. It's ready when the beef is extremely tender like an osso bucco.
