Directions

  1. TIP: Partially freeze the beef about an hour to make it easier to slice.
  2. Slice the beef as thinly as possible, cutting against the grain. It should be in very thin slices, but not falling apart.
  3. Mix all of the remaining ingredients, except the lettuce, in a bowl. Pour over the meat, and marinate at least one hour.
  4. Preheat a grill, and cooked the meat until brown. Serve in rolled lettuce leaves
