Ingredients
Chicken light meat Broilers or fryers, meat and skin, cooked, roasted

Directions
- Cook bacon in a skillet until done. Drain and set aside.
- Toast bread. Spread mayonnaise over 1 side of each slice of toast. Place 1 lettuce leaf and some of the chicken on each top of toast slices.
