Ingredients

  • Corn

    Sweet, yellow, canned, whole kernel, drained solids

    ¼ can (12 oz) yields or 53g

  • Chickpeas

    (garbanzo beans, bengal gram), mature seeds, canned

  • Kidney beans

    All types, mature seeds, canned

  • Green beans

    Snap beans, raw

Directions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  2. Drain and rinse the corn, chickpeas, and kidney beans.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the corn, chickpeas, kidney beans, and green beans.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Enjoy!
