- Precook chicken. I made 4 breasts in my Instant Pot on poultry setting, but used only 1 breast for this recipe, keep the other 3 breasts for more nuggets or something else. I added 3 cups water and 1 TBS (3tsp) Knorr Chicken Bouillon.
- Shred chicken into small pieces.
- Add remaining ingredients into bowl and mix well.
- Form mixture into a nugget shape. Make sure to keep them larger and thicker (approx 3/4” to 1”), about 6 nuggets or they will dry out in air fryer.
- Cook for 9 mins at 360 degrees and flip for 9 mins. Check them and use your best judgement when to flip and when to remove them. This recipe should make 6 pcs of 1” thick nuggets.
