  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Toss the almonds with the thyme and a pinch of salt and pepper. Brush the fish with the olive oil and coat with the almond mixture. Lay on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until fish flakes with a fork. While the fish is baking, put the broccoli in a microwavable safe bowl with the lemon juice and some salt and pepper. Microwave for 3-5 minutes until tender. Sprinkle the lemon zest over top and serve with the fish.
