- 1. Preheat oven to 373 degrees. Spray wonton wrappers with cooking spray or brush with a bit of olive/canola oil, then drape over the side of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes, watching closely so they don't burn. You may need to the wrappers in batches as the full recipe calls for 16 wrappers (4/serving). 2. Mix diced raw chicken in a large bowl with hoisin sauce (2tbs.), sesame oil (1 tbs.), soy sauce (1 tbs.), garlic ( 2 cloves, minced) and ginger (1tbs.) Heat a large skillet over high heat ad sautés chicken for 7-8 minutes, tossing frequently until cooked thoroughly. 3. Meanwhile, mix ingredients for slaw (1 bag coleslaw, 4 green onions, thinly sliced, 1 tbs. sesame oil, 1 tbs.rice vinegar, 1 tbs. soy sauce, 1 tbs. honey) in a large bowl. 4. Add chicken mixture to wonton shells, then top with coleslaw. Feel free to drizzle with sweet chili sauce, fresh cilantro, and sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy!
