  1. Run chicken breasts with salt. Cover and refrigerate for 30 min
  2. Preheat oven to 350
  3. Cut the bacon in half and Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium high heat until crisp
  4. Mix together the mustard, honey, mayonnaise, and onion powder
  5. heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes per side, or until browned. Transfer the chicken to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with the honey mustard sauce, then a layer of bacon. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes. Top with Parsley
