Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Take out the flesh of the avocado. Slice the onion and garlic, chop the cilantro.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add the onions with a pinch of salt. Saute, stirring frequently, until they caramelize and turn golden-brown, about 10 minutes. Halfway through, add the garlic.
- Place the onion and garlic mixture in the bowl of a food processor or blender along with the avocado, cilantro, lime juice, and red pepper flakes. Process until smooth.
