Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Take out the flesh of the avocado. Slice the onion and garlic, chop the cilantro.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add the onions with a pinch of salt. Saute, stirring frequently, until they caramelize and turn golden-brown, about 10 minutes. Halfway through, add the garlic.
  4. Place the onion and garlic mixture in the bowl of a food processor or blender along with the avocado, cilantro, lime juice, and red pepper flakes. Process until smooth.
  5. Add sauce to a bowl, add the cooked pasta, and toss well to mix. Serve immediately.
