  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Prepare baking tray and line with parchment paper.
  2. Cut cheese into wedges. You should get 4 from a small wheel of camembert.
  3. Place breadcrumbs on one bowl and beaten egg in another. Dip each wedge first in egg then in breadcrumbs. Repeat to ensure cheese is well covered and sealed.
  4. Place each wedge on the prepared baking tray and spray each with oil. Place in hot oven for 15 minutes or so. Cheese is ready when golden brown and hopefully shouldn’t have burst open.
  5. Serve with cranberry sauce. Enjoy!
