 Ketchup Ketchup- 4 tbsp or 60g 
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a large bowl, coat the chicken pieces with flour.
- Pulse the corn flakes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a food processor until fine crumbles form. Transfer to a large bowl.
