Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    Broilers or fryers, meat and skin, raw

    4 full breast (both fillets) or 1.16kg

  • Marinade

    Jamaican Jerk - Wegmans

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a shallow baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Thaw/defrost chicken if frozen, rinse under cool running water. Pat dry with paper towels. Place chicken in dish.
  3. Brush the jerk marinade over the chicken.
  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Be careful not to overcook it, as this makes the chicken tough. Remove from oven and eat.
