- Begin by preheating the oven to 450 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a paper towel, pat the chicken pieces dry. Then, in a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and minced garlic. In a separate bowl, add the breadcrumbs, onion powder, salt, black pepper, parmesan, and parsley. Mix well to combine.
- One at a time, fully dip the chicken piece into the melted butter mix, allow a second for any excess butter to drip off, then dip the same piece of chicken in the breadcrumbs mix. Once chicken piece is fully coated, place on the baking sheet. Repeat for all other chicken pieces.
- Once all pieces have been added to the baking sheet, cook in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. *If you want an even crisp, you can flip the pieces after 7 minutes and continue to cook.* Serve while it's hot.
