  • Yeast

    Leavening agents, baker's, active dry

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375*F Slice Tofu block into 4 blocks.
  2. Slice one block into four smaller strips. Repeat with other blocks.
  3. Press but don't squeeze out water from tofu with paper towels.
  4. Coat tofu in yeast and deliberately add salt or other seasoning to your likening.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes. Serve.
