  1. Preheat an oven to 450 degrees. Cut the yams into wedges or fry-shapes. There is no need to wash or peel as this will make them less crispy.
  2. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss until the sweet potatoes are coated. Line a baking sheet with the yams, making sure that they are evenly spaced and that none are touching.
