  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat it with nonstick spray.
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, half of the minced garlic, lime juice, sriracha, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Set aside.
  4. Place the shrimp on the prepared baking sheet. Add olive oil, remaining garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper, and toss gently to combine. Roast in the oven until pink, firm, and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the drained pasta, roasted shrimp, and mayonnaise mixture. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
