- 1. Start by cutting 200g of potatoes into thick french fry shapes, add them to a bowl & season with garlic & herb seasoning. Make sure to mix the potatoes around to coat them completely. 2. Bake in the air fryer for 10 - 15 minutes at 18- degrees celsius. (or bake in oven at 200 degrees celsius for around 25 minutes) 3.
