  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes per side or until cooked through and no longer pink. Let rest 5 minutes before chopping into bite sized pieces. Set aside.
  2. Slice pita bread so there are two large halves.
  3. Grill or broil inside halves of the pita until they are lightly toasted.
  4. On each half of the pita use 1 tbsp of BBQ sauce spread out like pizza sauce. Pile on equal portions of chicken, onions, peppers and cilantro. Top with Equal portions of cheese.
  5. On the grill or under the broiler (on low), cook the pizzette halves until crispy or to your liking.
  6. Garnish with cilantro and enjoy!
